About Your Future Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fullstack Engineer to join our dynamic team as a Project Lead. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in either frontend or backend development, coupled with substantial experience in leading multiple projects or teams. This role requires a cloud development expert (AWS or Azure) with a proven track record in web development and exceptional leadership capabilities. As a Project Lead, you will guide and mentor a team of developers, ensuring the successful execution and delivery of projects.

Responsibilities

Project Leadership:

• Lead and manage multiple projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Team Management:

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
• Conduct regular code reviews to ensure best practices and high-quality code.
• Facilitate professional development and continuous learning within the team.

Technical Expertise:

• Develop and maintain scalable and efficient fullstack applications.
• Utilize cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) to design and deploy applications.
• Stay current with industry trends and integrate new technologies as appropriate.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and upper management to provide project updates.
• Translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Gather and refine requirements from clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years in fullstack development with a focus on web development.
  • Demonstrable experience leading multiple projects or teams.
  • Proven expertise in either frontend (React, Angular, Vue.js) or backend (Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java) technologies.
  • Strong experience with cloud services (AWS or Azure) and cloud-native development.
• Skills:
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in both frontend and backend development technologies.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certifications in cloud technologies (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Developer Associate, etc.).
• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Prior experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
