About You

Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms for various applications.

Conduct experiments and perform rigorous testing to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of models.

Deploy machine learning models into production environments and monitor their performance.

Optimize and tune models for performance and scalability.

Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and workflows for machine learning projects.

Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI technologies and apply them to current projects.

Work with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning capabilities into products and services.

Test and evaluate various LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Llama, Claude) to identify the best fit for specific use cases.

Analyze and address issues related to model speed, performance, and cost-effectiveness.

Research and Development of multimodal AI models that set new industry standards.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure AI models are effectively integrated into company solutions

What We Look For

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an AI/ML Engineer

Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

Strong understanding of prompting vs. training for large language models.

Hands-on experience with testing and comparing different LLMs (OpenAI, Llama, Claude, etc.).

Familiarity with the challenges of model speed and cost optimization.

Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Obsessed with the AI industry and able to stay up-to-date with the rapid evolution of technologies, and best practices.

Self-starter who thrives on autonomy, enjoys a rapid pace, and wants to make a difference
