We are seeking a talented Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 7 years of experience in backend development, with a proven track record of working on high-level projects. As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend solutions using a variety of technologies such as Laravel, Node.js, ASP.Net, Django, and Java.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Design and develop robust and scalable backend solutions using cutting-edge technologies.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards and best practices.
• Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
• Implement and maintain data security and access controls.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth application operation.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 1 to 7 years of experience in backend development.
• Proven experience working on high-level projects with a focus on scalability and performance.
• Strong proficiency in at least one of the following backend technologies: Laravel, Node.js, ASP.Net, Django, or Java.
• Solid understanding of database management systems and SQL.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Proficiency in version control systems, preferably Git.
• Familiarity with testing methodologies and frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms and deployment technologies is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of ticketing tools like Trello and Jira.
• Candidates with the ability to speak German or are interested in foreign languages.

• Candidates with the knowledge and use of multiple skills, tools, and software are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with microservices architecture and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with message broker systems like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Redis, or Cassandra.
• Understanding of DevOps principles and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Contribution to open-source projects or participation in developer communities.
• Certifications in relevant technologies or frameworks (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, etc.).
